team from the beginning. In 1996, we called Leroy's dad, Ron, with an idea for a mobile home improvement show. Their family plumbing and heating business, Felman Bros. but not with the pressure of filming before cameras, and he asked his son to take over. Leroy became the site's heating and plumbing expert in 1997. "I guess I was just in my blood." he says of his web debut.
Born and raised in Pearl River, Mississippi, Leroy learned from his father and others involved in the family business by working summers and during school vacations. He is a licensed Master and Journeyman Plumber in
the State of Mississippi and has long been an advocate for professionalism in the manufactured home industry. This Ol Trailer Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning

(Green County's Little Press, 2000 and 2001). Leroy is a frequent contributor to industry trade journals. Leroy is president of RST Inc., a manufacturer's representative that provides training to the skilled trades.
Married with two grown sons, Richard lives outside of Gulfport in a 1965 Cavco that he has extensively remodeled. His interests include NASCAR, backyard bar-b-cues and renovation. But, he especially enjoys his
